Personal and career counselling resources 

Our team member advocates listen to and assist with career and personal concerns. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers team members six sessions per topic per year and includes a 24-hour confidential consultation system. This service helps employees address various life challenges, including personal, family, workplace, financial and legal issues. Additionally, family members can access EAP services for free.

Holistic wellbeing choices

Micron’s Choose Well Live Well program offers employees resources across five key pillars: physical, mental, social, career and financial health. Compensation programs

Micron’s Total Rewards programs are designed to attract, retain and motivate top talent: 

 

• Bonus – A short-term incentive rewarding team members with cash based on financial and strategic goals. 
• Stock – A long-term incentive granting stock awards to share in Micron’s future value.
• Recognition – Rewards contributions through cash awards and a point redemption system. 


Team members can also enroll in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) to buy Micron stock at a 15% discount.

Micron offers health insurance, labor insurance and free employee group insurance. Employees’ spouses and children enjoy free health and medical group insurance. Retirement plans are formulated in accordance with government regulations.
